BLACKFISH announces that the company is currently undergoing a transformation process to become a Public Limited Company (Spółka Akcyjna), marking an important milestone in the execution of its long-term growth strategy and commitment to building sustainable value for partners and shareholders.
The decision to change the legal structure reflects the continued development of BLACKFISH as a technology-driven organisation that combines engineering expertise, advanced project delivery, and the ability to implement innovative solutions across industrial automation, research and development, and high-tech engineering.
In parallel, the company is carrying out organisational and strategic preparations aligned with a realistic plan to pursue a future listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW).
